One worker, three needs
A garment worker arrives in Phnom Penh with an unfinished education, very little say over her own life, and no community to belong to. Education restores what was cut short. Empowerment builds the confidence to make her own choices. Evangelism offers belonging and a hope that doesn't depend on her circumstances.
Together, the three programs are designed to keep workers — both women and men — out of a life of abuse and exploitation, and walking toward dignity instead.
