Empowerment

Confidence is the first line of defence against exploitation.

The approach

Equipping workers to stand on their own

The Empowerment Program is designed to equip factory workers with knowledge and understanding, empowering them to overcome obstacles, stand on their own, and become a positive influence in society — while helping them avoid a life of abuse and exploitation.

HCW provides confidence-building services that help factory workers receive psychological, emotional and academic support, in order to strengthen the confidence they need to make decisions for themselves.
